Parking

We have off road parking but vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.

No Smoking

Please note our premises are strictly no smoking.

Arrival and Departure

Arrivals after 4pm and departures by 10am

Payment and Cancellation policy

We require a £25 deposit on all reservations by cheque payable to ‘Ling House Bed & Breakfast’. If you need to cancel your reservation (outside of 5 days) your deposit is non refundable but can be transferred. If you cancel within 5 days or if you don’t turn up, it will be non refundable.

We try our best to provide a safe environment but we accept no responsibility for loss, damages or injuries whilst staying with us.
